Responsible for delivering projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & client expectations. Doing this whilst supervising, directing & motivating teams of multi-discipline contractors & employees. Core duties include:-looking after almost 3000 SKU-Annualy procuring approx 800 million since last 4 year - Part of master data base team(MRP controller). -Monitoring Purchase Requisition and placing Purchase order to relevant Vendor -Developed a data base of Electrical Components of Schneider Electric make so that selection, ordering and follow up can be done easily -Stock reduction of cost effective items(a concept of water fall effect-WFE) -Follow up with the procurement and trade logistic department for the timely delivery of the components -Keep coordination with other departments for smooth production -Preparation of switchgear production plan for all orders in hand (OIH), in line with the sales plan and ensure the timely availability of company source -Conduction and planning of SIOP (sales inventory operational planing ) -Inventory Management -Extracting and analyzing various reports such as martial consumption ,Ordering against vendor, Stock availability ,material requirement ETC from SAP system -Identify the bottleneck operations in production and delegate task to vendors in order to meet production targets -Maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) particularly for Materials -Management, Planning and controlling of projects with the target, to deliver customer projects with in time and budget

-Material master creation

-Article of material

-Purchase order and Requisition of order

-Input of duties in purchase orders

-Create order confirmation (OC)

-Create Inbound Delivery
